About Us
PIC is a €130M leading Consumer Health brand and one of the most recognized names in the industry, with over 80% top-of-mind awareness in Italy. Established in the 1970s, the brand’s iconic taglines such as “Già Fatto” and “Ago Indolore” are deeply embedded in Italian consumer and pharmacist culture.
Originally built on innovation in sharps and needles, PIC now operates across 6+ categories including Diabetes Care, Wound Care, Respiratory, and Fever Management. The portfolio is distributed in Italy, the US, MENA, APAC, and LATAM through pharmacies, tenders/professional channels, and a broad network of distributors.
Recently acquired by Theras Group, the brand is entering a new phase of strategic focus and international expansion. Export markets currently span 100+ countries, reaching half of the world’s population and generating €30M in annual revenues. Despite strong fundamentals, growth has been flat in recent years — creating a unique opportunity to unlock significant untapped potential.
